Questions to ask them
- Is a permit required for an accessory building of this size?
- What setbacks from the property lines apply?
- Is a foundation or tie-down required?
- What's required to run power to it, and to add plumbing?
- Can it be used as a dwelling or an accessory dwelling unit?
