- Firm ground; a gravel pad is ideal, especially in sandy or low ground
- Nothing overhead — branches, wires — where the building will be set
- Room to open doors and, if you ordered one, to use the ramp
The path in
- A clear route for a truck and trailer from the road to the spot
- Gates, fences and low branches cleared or noted ahead of time
- Let us know about soft ground, septic fields or buried lines
What we do
We back the building in, set it, level it and block it. You're ready to load it or hook up power once your electrician connects the panel.
