A single vehicle fits under a 12′-wide carport; two vehicles need 18′ to 24′. RVs and boats usually need taller legs — tell us what you're parking and we'll size it.
Do you install it?
Yes — delivery and installation on your prepared site are part of the job.

Do I need a permit?
Permits, setbacks and utility hookups are set by each county and town. Many treat a delivered building as an accessory structure, but anything you plan to live or work in can need permits — check with your local planning and inspections office before you order, and we'll supply the building details they ask for.
