Choose a pre-installed package from 15 AMP up to a 100 AMP expandable utility package. It's wired at the plant; a licensed electrician connects it to your service on site, and your county may inspect the hookup.
Plumbing
Plumbing is done on site by your plumber, with the county's approval for water and sewer or septic. Tell us where fixtures will go and we'll keep the floor and wall layout clear for them.
