- 2×4 wall studs 16″ on center; 3/4″ LP® ProStruct® flooring, with 12″ on-center floor joists available
- LP® SmartSide® siding in lap, board & batten, shaker, classic or standard profiles — vinyl and 29-gauge metal siding also available
- Metal or shingle roof in your choice of color
- Backed by a 50-year siding warranty, a 40-year metal roofing warranty and a 5-year craftsmanship warranty
