Do I need a permit for a tiny home in your area?
Permits, setbacks and utility hookups are set by each county and town. Many treat a delivered building as an accessory structure, but anything you plan to live or work in can need permits — check with your local planning and inspections office before you order, and we'll supply the building details they ask for.
Can I rent-to-own a tiny home?
Rent-to-own is available with no credit check — begin with a $69 down payment. Simple-interest financing up to 15-year terms and same-as-cash options are available too, and we accept major credit cards.
How is the tiny home delivered?
The building is delivered complete on our truck and set on your prepared site, leveled and blocked. Free delivery and setup apply within our standard delivery area; tell us the address and we'll confirm what applies to you.
Can I design it before I buy?
Yes. Use the 3D designer on this site to pick a size, siding, colors, doors, windows, porches and lofts, then send us the design for a quote.
